Digital Products
Please note that Digital Products or any products delivered by download may not be returned, nor can a refund
be given.
Note: the following items may be subjected to a restocking fee.

Please note that this policy does
not pertain to any software that was delivered digitally. The return policy for software developed by Angel Speaks Communications Products
is:
- You must contact us in writing
(email is OK AngelSpeaksProd@aol.com)
for return authorization within 15 days upon receipt.
- Product arrives damaged: within
15 days return with original packaging and receipt for a replacement.
- Product not compatible with your system: within
15 days return with original packaging and receipt for a replacement. Please note: our software has been tested on Windows ME, Windows XP,
and Windows Vista operating systems. If you have a different operating system, we will not refund the shipping/handling, or reimburse you for return shipping.
- If you are not satisfied with the product: within
15 days return with original packaging and receipt. We will not refund the shipping/handling, or reimburse you for return shipping.
- If you decide not to accept the terms of the End User License Agreement: within
7 days return with original packaging and receipt. We will not refund the shipping/handling, or reimburse you for return shipping.
The return policies for Silver Lining Multimedia will take precedence for their software.
Keytec, Inc. Magic Touch Displays Keytec's return policy is packaged with the display.

Due to the personalized nature of this product, the following return policy is in place:

- Within 15 days, if the book or any of the pages is damaged, return the damaged item(s) for replacement.
- After 30 days, there will be a charge to replace any damaged component of the book

these kits must be returned in their original unopened condition.
